CONDITIONS OF USE

 

 

  1. Price listed in our website is final and non-negotiable. However, for corporations we do have special rate subject to quantity purchase.
  2. Accessories included in the box are as per listed in our advertisement.
  3. All shipment of order is made on the same day if payment is made before 4.00pm on Monday-Friday (except for public holiday). However, for no stock item, we will try sending the item within the next 2 working days or refund / replacement will be offered to the buyer on the 3rd day.
  4. For pre-order case, we will only hold the item within 90 days from the date of pre-order. Final reminder will be given and we will give an additional 30 days for customers to come and collect their unit and pay the remaining price (if any).
  5. Failure to collect the pre-order units within the given timeframe (90 + 30 days) will cause the pre-order to forfeit and the deposit is not returnable or refundable.
  6. Our sales team are not responsible for mis-selection of every item purchased by customer. Customer can consult them for advise but the final decision is on customer responsibility.
  7. We are unable to guarantee the availability of stock at all time due to movement of our stock from walk in sales, and delivery order. However, we do offer a same day reservation without any deposit. Please call our hotline  +607-7551030 for reservation.
  8. Some sets are not in sealed box condition, and sometimes comes in a sealed box, we will always transparent regarding the status of our set.
  9. Please make payment and upload proof of payment (for offline payment method) within 24 hours from the time of order, failing which we reserve the right to reject your order.

  11. All on sale items/discounts/items with extra free gifts are valid for payment via cash, online transfer, debit card, credit card (One time swipe), charge card such as AMEX, eWallet such as GrabPay (not including Grab paylater), Boost, Touch & Go.
  12. Payment for all sales /promo items must be made immediately after the order is made.
  13. Proof of payment must be either screenshot or picture of original receipt from online banking, cash deposit machine, or bank counter. E-mail confirmation will not be considered as proof of payment.
  14. We reserve the right to withhold payment if the transaction appears to be a possible fraud. i.e. Payment made by a third party, and not by the buyer or recipient of the goods. We will lodge a police report in the event that we find the payment is fraud.
  15. We will verify the payment and process the order accordingly.
  16. If the item(s) customer purchased is not in stock, we will try to post it again on the next day. However, if the item is still not in stock on the 3rd day of the date of purchase, we will inform the customer and offer a replacement / refund subject to the customer agreement.
  17. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. In the case of our system is being hacked, malfunction or description is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return full amount if payment has been made.
  18. To avoid delay in shipping, please do not send the same order to multiple sales people. Deal with 1 sales person or 1 mode of contact: for example, if you order via email, continue to communicate by email. If you order via WhatsApp, continue to communicate via WhatsApp.
  19. We ship within Malaysia only.
  20. Free shipping is entitled for selected products only.
  21. For self pickup at Zitrabyte outlet, please allow us 8 hours of our operating hours for processing before the item is ready to be collected.
  22. For PWP (purchase-with-purchase) promo, customer must purchase the item within 7 days from the date of receipt. The promotion is no longer valid after the 7 days period.
  23. Refund process will take approximately 5 working days to complete. However, for credit card purchase, the refund will take approximately 10 – 14 days to complete.
  1. Warranty period for local original set is set by the authorized distributor / manufacturer.
  2. Zitrabyte will not cover the shipping cost or any other cost for return of the broken / faulty item to us. Customer has to pay for return shipment for cancellation of service, and for device that the warranty has been invalidated. However, for device that is eligible for warranty claims, we will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to customer.
  3. For original product purchase from us and in need of warranty, Zitrabyte will assist to send the product to authorize service center. Any negotiation regarding the warranty is between the owner of the device and the service center itself.
  4. We do not accept payment via PayPal, local cheque or international TT. We will not be responsible for payment using these method.

Return / Exchange Policy

Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
  • Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
  • Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as fridge and washing machine due to certain issues

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be unused or hasn’t been installed.
  • All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

Will I get a refund in case of returning the item? 

You will be eligible for a full refund if the item has been inspected and verified that the item was in perfect condition as described above.

Can I return a damaged or defective product after 7 calendar days upon receipt? 

If the item is covered by Replacement Warranty, you may bring the item to any Zitrabyte outlet to verify and process the return warranty accordingly.

Refunds

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered the mode of refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information.

When will I receive my refund? 

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered mode of refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks. Please consult the table below for details.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days upon confirmation of order (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this may take longer during sales period.
  • Delivery is only applicable for within Malaysia only.
  • Free shipping is entitled for selected products only.
  • A signature is required upon receiving your order as a proof of receipt.

Pick Up Service

  1. Pick up will be available after you confirmed pick up date & time to our online sales team. This may take longer during sales period.
  2. Majority of the product are entitled for pick up services, except for big items.
  3. Pick up will be available at the selected locations according to each branch or HQ working time.
